As our CEO, you’ll provide inspirational and compassionate leadership to a dedicated workforce delivering high quality services across the UK. You’ll bring insight into the challenges, the opportunities and quality care in children’s services.

I am immensely honoured to be leading the trustees at Action for Children as we seek to achieve even more for children and young people in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Working in our communities, we always place the individual at the centre of everything we do, providing child-centric care in our services and supporting those young people most vulnerable within our society.

We have done a lot of work under the current Executive Leadership Team to stabilise the organisation. The main challenges for today are to maintain the delivery of this vision in the face of environmental change and financial pressures and to re-invigorate our business model and public presence. We are now focussed on long-term sustainability through growth.
